Our Food Halls are located on out parcels of major shopping malls across the country. A Mercado Development Food Hall is a destination in the local community that will benefit aspiring restaurateurs, mall developers, and the most influential consumers alike. Our mission is to create more than a food hall of food vendors, it is to create a food and drink social experience that keeps our customer coming back on a daily basis. We combine a culinary experience driven by local chefs, bakers and restaurateurs, with a design space of natural materials and finishes, then adding elements of today’s technology, such as; tablet top ordering tablets, apps and a robust social media for thefood hall.
In ever community we operate, our food halls answer the question, “Where can I find the best food in town?”
Throughout the world, each country and region has its own flavors to discover. Each type of food tells a story about the people, culture, and history of a place and how everything came together to create the unique character it is known for. When people visit a new destination, sampling everything that makes that place distinctive is one of the things they look for. Mercado Developed Food Halls are a fantastic gathering space for food, beverage, and culture lovers of all kinds. Our Food Halls give people the chance to immerse oneself in the sights, smells, sounds, and tastes of a region by presenting a collection of culinary experts who are passionate about turning each meal into an experience.
A Mercado managed food hall evolves as fast as the regions food scene. It acts as both an experimental kitchen for well-known chefs to test their next big food idea and as an incubator for young food entrepreneurs to explore a new business opportunity.
